Jason Anderson, Cameron McAdoo Docked Positions at Arlington 2 Supercross

The AMA has announced a few penalties from the second Arlington round and it has massive implications in the 250 West Region title chase.

Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Cameron McAdoo has been docked three positions for cutting off some of the track along the start straight after going down in the whoops while running in fourth. McAdoo’s seventh now becomes a 10th place finish.

With McAdoo’s penalty, Hunter Lawrence, who captured his first career main event win on Tuesday, is the new points leader. He holds a one point lead over McAdoo and a two point lead over Justin Cooper.

In the 450 Class, Jason Anderson was docked one position for pinning it down the side of the whoops. After going down in the first turn, Anderson was making a huge comeback when Aaron Plessinger knocked Vince Friese down. It led to a massive traffic jam, and Anderson ended up riding over a tough block to get free and then pinned it down the side of the whoops. He’s sixth now becomes a seventh.
