Adam Cianciarulo was involved in the crash during the first Triple Crown Main Event of the night in St. Louis and it appeared that he hurt his knee. He limped back to his bike and exited the track immediately.

It appears that his knee is fine and he has a high ankle sprain. He went to Twitter (X) to update everyone.
