With MAVTV Plus Shutdown, Here Is What You Need to Know About Streaming Pro Motocross

The streaming portion for Lucas Oil Pro Motocross this season has been a bit of a mess. MAVTV Plus hasn’t worked great, so they announced that they were shutting it down and moving everything to FloRacing.

That was supposed to happen July 27, but earlier this week they announced it was effective immediately. SO, starting this weekend with the Spring Creek National you will have to watch via FloRacing. IT WILL NOT AIR ON MAVTV PLUS.

MAVTV has sent out some information you will probably want to know about the change, which you can read in full below.

Important Information For Current MAVTV Plus Subscribers

• No MAVTV Plus subscriptions will be transferred to FloRacing
• All MAVTV Plus subscriptions will be canceled on July 27 and a portion of the subscription will be refunded – subscribers may cancel at any time
• Current MAVTV Plus subscribers can access replays and past content until Tuesday, July 27
• As of today, a FloRacing subscription is required to continue watching live MAVTV Plus programming

What does this mean for monthly subscribers?

-Effective immediately, all new live MAVTV Plus programming will be exclusively available on FloRacing. The MAVTV Plus app and website are no longer streaming new, live races of today. Fans looking for live MAVTV Plus programming must now subscribe to FloRacing.

-Your current MAVTV Plus account will remain active until midnight on July 26 unless it expires before that date. 

-If your subscription expires before July 27, it will not auto-renew, and you will not see any future charges from MAVTV. Upon expiration, you will no longer have access to MAVTV Plus, but will be able to sign up at FloRacing to gain access to all future MAVTV Plus programming and lots, lots more.

-Monthly and yearly subscribers will be refunded for a portion of your subscription. Your refund will be processed within 30-45 days after July 26. Subscribers who were web-based or through Amazon, Android or Roku will receive the refund via the point of purchase for the subscription. -If you already have a FloRacing subscription, you will have immediate access to new, live MAVTV Plus programming on FloRacing.
