Welcome to the 2023 Slaw/VurbWes/Troy Dog Combined 250/450 Top Ten Power Rankings! Slaw, Wes, and Troy each have created their own list of who they believe carry the most power in the sport. They each have created their own categories and have weighted these people accordingly, whether its speed, following, SX skills, you name it.

Each week these rankings will be updated so that you guys can argue about how wrong they are in the comment section! Feel free to tell us if we’re right/wrong/or completely dumb.

Slaw’s Rankings:

Slaw Dog: I will bullet point my thoughts so it is easier to read. Troy Dog has a hard time reading, so I’m making it easy for him to see how much better my rankings are.

  • World Mini NEXT WEEK! Go sign up for good times and dirtbikes.
  • Love the finger gun salute!
  • Some of us (me) called Tomac for the win last weekend. Also, tying Stew is something I’d never thought I’d type.
  • Congrats to the Bullet for capturing his 100th career GP win. Imagine how many he’d have if he stayed healthy? Probably 500.
  • Webb gonna Webb.
  • Jett gonna Jett.
  • RJ isn’t getting enough credit for his season.
  • MORANZ DOG! WHAT A HOLESHOT!
  • Good to see Mister Seely back at the races.
  • Justin isn’t getting enough credit for his season.

Troy Dog’s Rankings:

Troy Dog: I became the official unofficial influencer of the Olive Garden this week. They are undoubtedly my number one this week.

My quest to bring attention to my ELITE Troy Dog Squad athlete Grant Harlan for SMX 450 Rookie of the Year is in full effect. He is catching FIRE right now! In Seattle he finished a career best 13th in the main and I’m not ruling out a top ten before the season is over.

Evan Nystrom is a trainer to the stars like Derek Kelley, AJ Catanzaro and The Moto Academy, Fredrik Noren, and more. Well, I invested BIG money into his program and soon we will have a surprise to share with everyone. The surprise was held up though, so that’s why he’s only number three.

The rest of my teammates here at Vurb will be going to Mesquite for the Vurbmoto World Mini Grand Prix next week. I’m staying back to keep tabs on everything, but WE are going to have some amazing content coming your way!

Eli Tomac, Cooper Webb, and Jett Lawrence are all self explanatory.

RJ Hampshire has a heart full of gold and is also trending up on everyone’s radar. He should have all of the teams on him after his Daytona performance. We need more 450 RJ!

Yoder rips holeshots and enjoys the Olive Garden. What is not to love about that? He also shreds with Blippi and still embraces that.

Bubba Pauli had a freak accident at the Indianapolis Supercross and lost a good portion of his thumb. He posted an update this week sharing what surgeries lie ahead. Pauli is gnarly and we have so much respect for him as a person. You should too!

VurbWes has decided to retire from this column to become a pro dancer. Shame.
