Morning Espresso: Read the Rules of the Edit Contest; I Have a Rant; Fast Food Chicken Sandwiches Ranked and More

Welcome to Morning Espresso, an awesome piece presented by MotoSport.com. Go check out RDRCO (pronounced “rider-co”) as the company’s exclusive riding gear. This new gear line offers an affordable option for weekend riders and the casual racer.

READ THE RULES, PEOPLE

Thanks to the fine folks at Yamaha, the Vurbmoto Edit Contest is so back. Slaw has been chopping away at the footage for a few weeks and is about to release a fing banger! Move over Mr Posey, Slaw is here.

I’ve been on the Gram and Tok, seeing what is what, and I’ll say: I’m impressed. So many talented editors out there.

You know what Slaw is NOT impressed with? People NOT FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS!!! You can edit your ass off, but if you can’t follow delivery instructions, not many companies will hire you. You think when VurbWes and Chase and Will and Crane and the crew deliver to Red Bull, they don’t have instructions to follow?

HINT: THEY DO.

PLEASE, for the love of Slaw, go read and follow directions.

Grinding My Gears

I have a rant. Checkerz fire up the checkbook, Slaw needs that Race Tech money.

Have you guys seen the race schedule for Detroit? No, unlike moto Twitter, Slaw doesn’t think its the end of the sport because the 450 Class is going first to help the live NBC audience. If you catch granny coming off a Days Of Our Lives episode, you want to present her with the best of the best, which is the 450 Class.

Nope, HERE this what I have a beef with.

Look at this 250 LCQ to main event time frame??!!!?!?!?

Dudes ain’t even going to have time to take a piss. Keep it in your pants, dogs. We don’t want another #peegate on our hands.

This schedule is dumb. Sorry.
