Evan Ferry Finds Landing Spot for Pro Motocross

Well, this is a surprise. Just a few weeks after parting ways with Triumph Racing, Evan Ferry has found a landing spot for the 2024 Pro Motocross season… but maybe not the landing spot you expected.

WildCat Racing announced today that Ferry will race for the squad this upcoming Pro Motocross season which kicks off May 25 at Fox Raceway.

“We are excited to announce our new addition for this MX season: “Evan Ferry” who will make his debut for Pro Motocross,” the team wrote on Instagram. “Coming from a successful amateur career, with multiple national titles and wins in Supercross Futures, we are happy to be by his side to make this step forward for his career. Really waiting for a great season.”

WildCat Racing is owned by Lorenzo Locurcio and broke onto the scene last Pro Motocross season when Locurcio and Jose Butron put in top 10 finishes all season long. Butron finished the season 11th in 450MX points, while Locurcio took 14th overall in points.

Ferry of course was injured shortly after making his pro debut in the 250SX East Region opener at Detroit and then parted ways with Triumph before making a return.

Evan is the son of former factory rider, and 1997 125SX East Region Champion, Tim Ferry.
