Jeremy Martin Injury Update Following Hangtown

Muc-Off/FXR/ClubMX Yamaha’s Jeremy Martin was involved in a bad crash off the start of the second 250 moto on Saturday at round 2 of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship at Hangtown.

The two-time 250MX champion went down on the start and had his arm ran over in a very nasty incident.

According to Jeremy’s brother, Alex, he dislocated and broke his right wrist in the incident and underwent surgery on Sunday morning. You can view his message below:

  3. Get well Jeremy, I dislocated and broke both wrists after missing 3rd at the face of a double on a 125. My surgery and wrists are back to reasonable, traceable shape. Your in our thoughts and prayers. We love watching your drive and talent. We wish you a speedy recovery, please come back.

  4. Sorry for injuries. Hope it heals well. You n brother been racing along time but i think you need to retire. Not worth the agony. You are atrue champ. These young and coming riders getting faster and more danger to other riders than getting hurt
