Here Is the All-Time 450SX Supercross Wins List Entering 2023

We are no Clinton Fowler, but from time to time we like to focus on some stats. With the 2023 Monster Energy Supercross opener coming very soon, it is time to look at the all-time Supercross wins list.

Unlike stick and ball sports, AMA Supercross and Motocross isn’t exactly filled with a ton of stats and analytics. Yet, there are certain numbers everyone is probably aware of, like 72! Of course, that is how many wins Jeremy McGrath collected in AMA Supercross en route to a record seven titles.

That record may stand the test of time. But 2023 could be huge for a Mister Eli Tomac, who has a chance to move into third all-time. INSANE, right?

With that said, let’s examine a few things that happened in 2022 and what may or may not happen in 2023:

  • We had five winners in 2022: Eli Tomac, Jason Anderson, Ken Roczen, Chase Sexton and Marvin Musquin.
  • Tomac and Anderson tied for most wins with 7 each. Roczen, Sexton and Musquin all had 1.
  • Tomac entered the 2022 season 6th all-time. With 7 wins, he is now tied with Chad Reed for fourth all-time with 44.
  • Anderson entered the 2022 season 26th all-time but is now 18th all-time with 14 wins.
  • Ken Roczen entered the top 10 all-time with his 1 victory in 2022. He’s tied with Jeff Ward for 10th all-time with 20 career wins.
  • With his 1 victory, Musquin joins the list of riders with at least 10 career wins.
  • Chase Sexton captured his first career win this season to add his name to the list.
  • With five or more wins in 2023, Tomac will move into the top 3 all-time.
  • Cooper Webb, who didn’t garner a win in 2022, needs one win to move into the top 10.
