Ever since watching Blake Baggett at Glen Helen on random Thursday destroying souls on a bike with a headlight and blinkers, I have been going down a rabbit hole of YouTube clips.
Maybe its because he left the sport and was just off the map, but BB doesn’t get the respect he deserves. Dude was an animal outdoors. Just pure aggression and determination. Would come from 40 seconds down and snatch your soul at the end of motos.
I want to change Blake not getting the love. If one person has to do it, I will stand up in the face of adversity and take on this challenge.
Which brings me to today. As noted, I was going down the YT hole and stumbled upon maybe the greatest clip of Baggett in history: The Texas 12-Pack launch at Freestone in 2012.
