Monster Girl Confirms She’s “Okay” Following Birmingham Supercross

This season of Monster Energy Supercross has been very unpredictable. Around every corner a new storyline awaits.

Neither Jett Lawrence nor Cooper Webb probably expected to see a Monster Energy girl on the track during the first lap of the main event, but here we are.

This poor woman was a sitting duck. Could you imagine how scared she must have felt with 22 of the fastest dirt bike riders in the world WIDE OPEN down the start straight? This is what Captain Jack Sparrow must have felt like in Pirates of the Caribbean. (BTW: Pirates of the Caribbean is by far the best ride at Disney, don’t @ me.)

Look, it may seem like I’m not being sincere in this column, but this really could have been a whole lot worse. I’m glad it wasn’t. I’m thankful that everyone is okay. Dirt Shark caught up with Sarah…or Tarah…(I can’t tell what he said, his Cali accent is too strong) and got an in depth interview that 20/20 would approve of.

“I’m good, I’m good…I’ve got mud and that’s all,” Sarah or Tarah said in the update.

I’m going to give props where props are due. Did you see her footwork? That’s the only thng that saved her in this situation. She back pedaled, juked left, almost Euro stepping into a dive off of the track.

Of course Weege in the booth played it off perfectly, making it one of his most suspenseful and legendary calls.

The good news is that Sarah or Tarah the Monster girl will be okay and she’s ruled IN for the next round in Indianapolis. Sarah or Tarah currently sits at the top of the Monster Girl standings this season. She gained a lot of street cred points for trying to battle it out with Cooper Webb and Jett Lawrence early in the main event. Her dive recorded the fastest segment time of the night in that corner.

We can work with speed.

  1. I can’t believe she didn’t get fired for interfering with the outcome of a crucial points race. If it hadn’t been for her being on the track, that race could have gone very differently. Webb could have caught Jett and made up some very valuable points. I’m glad she is okay, but honestly, an unacceptable accident was made.

  2. “Webb could have caught Jett” ahh no, Nobody is catching Jett if he has the holeshot. She did not prevent him from going any faster any of the other 23 laps they did.

Jett is the champ this year, the race now is for Second.

  3. CW2 lost a second. He still wouldn’t have caught JL18 sad to say. I have been following supercross for over 30 years and have never seen anything like this at all. How goofy can one person be? Doesn’t have the common sense to look before crossing. Stop- look-& listen is what you teach kindergarten kids to do. Maybe they need SOPs an how to be a monster board girl!??!?!
