We’re just days away from the 2026 Michelin 500 East at Lincoln Trail Motorsports, and we’re sitting down with returning champion and Lincoln Trail owner Jace Owen, alongside Chase Stallo, to break down Jace’s GoPro footage from last year’s race. We’re watching laps from throughout the 500 minutes to see how the course changes, where the fast lines develop, and what everyone can expect when we do it all again on October 17.
Jace gives us the rundown on this year’s course, including some gnarlier Pro lines, easier alternatives for us washed-up dirtbikers, more passing opportunities, and a little bit of everything Lincoln Trail has to offer. Moto tracks, trails, hills, singletrack, and plenty of opportunities to question your life decisions.
We also get into the new starting procedure, race strategy, pit setups, prizes, and whether the defending champions can overcome starting in Pit #909 alongside our Goon Riders of America Team in Spot #910. And most importantly, we explain why this isn’t eight hours and twenty minutes of GNCC racing. It’s Fundurance.
Whether you’re a former pro, a weekend warrior, or someone who hasn’t lined up for a race in 20 years, the goal is pretty simple: get your buddies together, ride some dirt bikes, and have a damn good time. Oh, and we’ve got four full-size kegs waiting at the finish line. That’s pretty much 500lbs of sweet, sweet nectar. Along with some pretty sweet finisher mugs for every team that crosses the finish line.
Good Times over Lap Times. Grab your old race crew and come make some questionable decisions with us.
