We’re just a few weeks out from the Michelin Vurbmoto 500 East Oct 16-17 at Lincoln Trail in Casey, IL, and if you want to start up front, now is the time to lock in your spot.
Instead of starting from the rollers like last year, The 500 East will start directly from pit row. Meaning, when you sign up, if you select pit #304, that is where you will start from.
And spots are filling up fast. Rows 100 and 200 are already sold out!
When signing up, you will be required to pick the pit location you want to be at during the race. You cannot change this once on-site. If you want to pit close with your friends or family, we suggest signing up at the same time and picking locations close to one another.

22nd Place
The team or Ironman that finishes 22nd place OVERALL will win a brand new set of Michelin StarCross 6 Tires.

Who said you have to win to win? The team or Ironman that finishes 45th overall will receive a FREE year of Prospect Pro on the Vurbmoto Prospect app.
No one will leave empty handed, though. Last year we debuted The 500 East mugs for some after race festivities. This year, we’re bringing out The 500 East mason jars. That’s right, every racer will receive one post-event and you can fill it up with free tasty beverages while enjoying the post-race band!
Course Preview
Wes Williams sits down with returning 500 East champion — and Fastest Man in Piedmont™ — Randy Richardson, Kevin Kelly, who somehow survived announcing all 500 minutes of the 500 West, and producer Chase Stallo to watch laps from last year’s race and explain exactly what you’re getting yourself into.
Two moto tracks. Roughly six miles of trail. Some woods. Some switchbacks. A pit bike track. An “extreme enduro” section that may or may not have consisted of a parking block. And, most importantly, absolutely no requirement that you be good at any of it.
Other Things to Note
Friday, Oct 16: Practice/riders meeting.
Saturday, Oct 17: Racing, followed by a live band and more.
Teams members can ride their own bike or share a bike or bikes. The only rule is you MUST have your transponder attached for each lap or you won’t be properly scored. If pitting and switching bikes, you MUST swap transponders.ONE TRANSPONDER PER TEAM.
AMA MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED for insurance purposes. If you do not have a current AMA membership, you can purchase a one event pass at the event.
MINORS: MINOR RIDERS must have an AMA Minor Release form if BOTH parents will not be on-site at the event. All minors must have a parent or legal guardian on-site. Click Here for Minor Release.
