Silly season continues to roll along and this week Toyota Redlands BarX Yamaha announced its full lineup for the 2026 SuperMotocross season.
- Parker Ross and Dilan Schwartz return to the team
- Lux Turner has signed with the team and will contest the 250SX West Region and AMA Pro Motocross.
- Leo Tucker returns for 2026
- Nathan Abbott and Cole Timboe will compete in SMX Next
- Veteran 450 rider Derek Drake remains with the team as well, but will focus on his ongoing battle against Lyme disease. He hopes to return at some point in the Pro Motocross season
- Former racer Bradley Taft returns as team manager
Get to Know the Team
Parker Ross

- Joined the team ahead of the 2025 Pro Motocross season and was an immediate top 10 threat
- He earned a season-high eighth at RedBud en route to 18th in points
- 2026 will be the first full year on the team for the 20-year-old
“I’m really satisfied with how my rookie year went but I also know I’m capable of more,” he said. “It’s been awesome to have a full offseason with Toyota Redlands BarX Yamaha and getting the new YZ250F dialed in for the 2026 season. I know what my goals are for the year and I believe we’re capable of accomplishing them. I’m really looking forward to getting back out there and starting my second season of SMX.”
Dilan Schwartz

- Made his pro debut with BarX in 2020
- Missed most of the 2025 Monster Energy Supercross season with a wrist injury
- Returned for Pro Motocross and put in four top 10 overall finishes en route to 12th in 250 points
- Finished 11th overall in SMX Playoffs
- The “veteran” of the team at 23 years of age
“I feel like I made a lot of progress as a rider last year, despite some injury, and I’m confident that I can find more consistency throughout the 2026 SMX season,” he said in the announcement . “The YZ250F is so much fun to ride and gives the confidence to go out there and battle against the best in the division. I’m excited for what’s to come with the new season and have high expectations for myself and the team at Toyota Redlands BarX Yamaha.”
Lux Turner

- Made his pro debut in 2024 with AEO KTM but suffered a big injury at the Anaheim 1 opener and missed most of the year with a pelvis injury and fracture to the left side of his hip
- Returned to AEO KTM in 2025 and had a breakout year finishing 10th in the 250SX West Region
- He took home 21st in Pro Motocross and 12th in the Playoffs
- 20 years old
“I am beyond excited to be joining Toyota Redlands BarX Yamaha and I cannot wait to dive into preparations for the new season with Parker, Dilan, and the rest of the team,” he said. “It feels like a natural fit for me, and I already know how incredible the YZ250F is on the track. I think my experience in AUSX will be a huge benefit for not only myself, but the team as a whole, so I’m eager to get started and show what we’re capable of.”
Leo Tucker

- Missed most of 2025 due to an extended battle with Epstein-Barr virus
- The 19-year-old contested the 2024 Pro Motocross Championship with the team
“It hasn’t been the journey I would have hoped for, but I’m grateful for all the support I’ve received while battling Epstein-Barr and trying to get back to full health,” he said. “I’ve never been more motivated to get back into top form and I’m really looking forward to the 2026 season. My return to the track can’t come soon enough!”
