The Chase Sexton Era at Red Bull KTM Has Officially Come to an End

The Chase Sexton era at Red Bull KTM is officially over.

On Wednesday, the team confirmed what we all knew was coming: following two seasons, they were going their separate ways starting in 2026.

In a press release sent out, the team thanked Sexton for the two seasons, which included the 2024 AMA Pro Motocross Championship, eight Pro Motocross overall wins and nine 450SX main event wins in Monster Energy AMA Supercross.

“Following two seasons in the SuperMotocross World Championship (SMX), Red Bull KTM Factory Racing thanks Chase Sexton for the success achieved together throughout 2024 and 2025,” the team wrote in the press release.

While the two years brought success, the 2025 season also came with turmoil, as Sexton struggled with bike setup and injuries during his Pro Motocross title defense.

The 26-year-old is expected to move over to Monster Energy Kawasaki, which lost Jorge Prado (expected to move to Red Bull KTM) and Jason Anderson (signed with Pipes Motorsports Group) this off-season.
