According to Steve Matthes, Triumph Racing’s Jalek Swoll has sustained a torn Achilles.
Swoll, the only returning rider to Triumph in 2025, was slated to race the 250SX East Region this Monster Energy Supercross season. In 2024, his first year with Triumph, he finished 8th in the 250SX East Region and 7th in Pro Motocross.
If in fact Swoll did tear his Achilles, which the team nor Swoll has yet to confirm, this would be a massive setback for the Florida native and would likely cost him most, if not all, of 2025.
Eli Tomac sustained an Achilles injury in May of 2023 and returned to racing the following January at Anaheim 1.
We’ll release more details as they are known.
