Nate Thrasher Provides An Update Following Glendale Supercross

Woah, that was a wild crash. Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha’s Nate Thrasher had a bad crash in 250SX Heat 2. The crash caused a red flag and a complete restart.

The broadcast team gave an update on his condition. Although not much is known right now, he’s out for the remainder of the evening. We’ll update you as we hear more.

Update: Sunday Afternoon

Thrasher provided everyone an update on his Instagram and it looks like it’s the best case scenario.

“Glendale was going good until it wasn’t last night. As you probably saw in my heat, I had a pretty gnarly crash and was transported to a local hospital. Thankfully, I will be ok and leaving with just a bone bruise and concussion. Going to get some rest then back to work!

Thanks to my team and everyone who supports me! See you in Seattle ❤️”

We’re glad the injuries weren’t worse and that he will be available to race when the West Region resumes in Seattle on March 23rd.
