Rockstar Energy Husqvarna’s Dean Wilson has provided an update on his injuries sustained in the first race of the 450 Triple Crown event in St. Louis.
Wilson was going through the whoops when he went down hard and actually hit the side of the finish line barrier. He sustained a very deep laceration to his, well, he explains below.
