Daniel Blair On Amateur Racing, Team Manager Life, and the Revamp of Orange Brigade | Squad Pod

Circuit Equipment, established in 1984 in São Paulo, is a leading Brazilian/Italian specialist in accessories for off-road and on-road motorcycles. Our mission is to enhance the rider’s experience through cutting-edge technology, superior quality, and innovative design.

As of 2024, our products are available in over 50 countries, and we proudly sponsor athletes worldwide. We actively participate in major international expos and events, including EICMA, AIMEXPO, and AMA Supercross/AMA Motocross, in partnership with the MaddParts KAWASAKI team featuring Bubba Pauli, Frederick Noren, and Shane McElrath. In the USA, our flagship products are HANDGUARDS and GRIPS, with an extensive portfolio of over 300 premium products and many variations.

Our buddy Daniel Blair wears a ton of hats and usually has to carry all of them in his back pocket…but we’ll get into that.

Blair joined the Squad Pod for the first time to talk about his many job duties as the Team Manager for the Orange Brigade, GasGas Mob, and Team Husqvarna. We also took a deep dive into the behind the scenes of why each of his amateur divisions went through a rebranding process right before Loretta Lynn’s.

DB lays out the current and future goals for the Austrian Groups’ amateur teams and what the process will look like as their riders come through the program on their way to the pro ranks.

We also chat about the upcoming Vurbmoto Classic at NXT LVL 101 coming up on September 13-15 in Gray Court South Carolina. DB says that everyone should race this event, so sign up now!

Special thanks to Blair Dog for making some time in his busy schedule to have some fun with the Vurb Crew.
