Clueless | Ironman

Welcome back to your mom’s favorite segment. This week’s edition of Clueless will be a little more informative as I was actually there and watched (most) of the racing trackside. Here are some of my takeaways from the weekend that was.

  • ITS TIME!
  • Did you hear Dangerboy made his pro debut?!
  • Jettson to 450’s for Outdoor Szn 2023.
  • Jo said Relaxx and was full send for moto 2.
  • Thrasher was on rails early in the first moto.
  • DEEGZ AND RYDER D ACTUALLY BATTLED. THE TIME ARRIVED!
  • RJ thrives in chaos. Side plate hanging off and all. I say they loosen a panel every round and let’s see how it plays out. I bet his AVG finish goes up.
  • Deegs was looking V good until the misstep. From LL to 11th out of the B class is nothing short of impressive.
  • It will never cease to amaze me watching these dudes go mach 12 in a full on war, for like 18th. It is gnarly out there folks, no matter the track position.
  • Aaron Plessinger is a damn national treasure, protect that man at all costs.
  • Can we bring back “Hot Dog” Craig of yesteryear. The guy’s style is timeless.
  • So is Dungey coming back for ’23? Whispers are out there. Or so I’ve heard. Maybe.
  • This Sexton v. Tomac thing is wild as hell. Just when you think the pendulum has swung, an equal and opposite force stops the momentum instantly and it swings the other way.
  • Eli late in moto 1 was insane tho. Visibly faster in every area.
  • With the utmost respect, Kenny is this generations K-Dub.
  • Unfortunately like K-Dub, Kenny has his hands full with two dudes on another planet at the moment.
  • Benny Bloss has new gear!
  • Fast Freddie is indeed V fast. 9th OA.
  • Hawaii’s Troy Dog’s own Grant Harlan closes his szn out with a 15th OA. Stock pipe and all.
  • Mookie riding outdoors makes my heart warm.
  • Cullin Park also closing out his east coast run with another top 20.

We met Jeff sleeping in a tent down the street from Loretta Lynn's... with his computer. At that point, we knew he would fit in with us. Then, he then drank all the white claw flavors none of us liked, and that's when we knew it was meant to be. Jeff officially became part of the crew.
We're terrible at asking questions, so we're not exactly sure what Jeff does for a living, but he loves petting his cats and dog, growing his beard, and living in a cornfield in Michigan. Jeff also likes to wear cycling glasses while driving his car and using his cameras. We like Jeff.
