Red Bull KTM and Chase Sexton have provided an update on his condition after a scary crash at the SuperMotocross finale in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
With a few laps remaining in the second race, Sexton went down hard and was lying on the track for some time before eventually being taken off on a stretcher.
Per the team, Sexton sustained a mild concussion and a weak shoulder that he will have further evaluated this upcoming week.
Sexton said the following on Twitter: “Just wanted to give everyone an update and appreciate everyone checking in on me ❤️ my shoulder is very weak so I will be getting it checked this upcoming week and a mild concussion. Not the way I was expecting to end this year but I trust gods plan always 🫶🏻.”
In what would have been his final race with the team, Sexton was named to Team USA alongside Eli Tomac and Haiden Deegan, who suffered a broken collarbone in Las Vegas, but his status for Ironman is not known at this time.

Hey motosensei, You reject God in public but is it part of your Godless religion to convince others? You know in your heart God is real and I pray your eyes are opened first by observing creation then by understanding the Bible, which tells us that the way to salvation for sin is through Jesus Christ. We all sin and fall short of Gods standards. It’s only through asking Jesus to save you from your sins that you will escape eternal condemnation for your sins. I know a child with cancer and she has used her platform in the hospital to share the gospel with her doctors. At least one has been saved. She would object that you think she has no purpose for the cause of Christ. Calm down, bro! Jesus loves you!

motosensei, for someone to deny God exists is very sad. I feel very sorry for you on multiple levels. I for one, as well as millions of people know God and have a relationship with Jesus and this is what I feel sorriest about for you. You’re life will always have a hint of emptiness no matter how much material “wealth” you accrue. Think of this if we are right by believing , we go to heaven for eternity if you are right existence just ends and all our believing did zero harm but if we are right, you’re non believing sends you to hell for eternity. Do you want to take that chance?

To be clear homo sapiens are technically apes. There are other types of apes because evolution consists of thousands of years of random mutations in our genes in which statistically those mutations that are a benefit will help them survive and reproduce while ones that are detrimental will die off more often. This leads to multiple evolutionary branches and different species within the same families.
NONE of this is telling you that you are wrong for believing or not believing in god. This is just explaining the scientific answer to your question of “why are there still apes today?” It isn’t a one thing evolves into one other thing evolves into one other thing kind of line. Its more like a really big bush of a family tree with many branches, some of which end quickly while others continue on and branch off more.
Takes a lot more faith to believe that nothing can create something, vs an all-powerful God being the reason we’re all here.
