Changes Announced at Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/GasGas

Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/GasGas announced some pretty big changes to its staff for next year.

  • Justin Barcia is back for another year and will be the lone 450 rider on the team.
  • Pierce Brown and Michael Mosiman both return and will compete in the 250 Class.
  • Max Lee, son of team owner Troy Lee, will take over as team manager.
  • Olly Stone steps into Crew Chief role after a decorated career as race team mechanic.
  • Longtime team manager Tyler Keefe is taking on a more strategic role as Troy Lee Designs’ Director of Motorsports.

By leveraging his years of experience in motorsport management, Keefe will continue working closely with the team to prepare for a successful race season in 2023 and beyond. With an extensive background with Troy Lee Designs, Max Lee will step into the role of Team Manager, overseeing the team and commercial responsibilities. As Crew Chief, “Olly” Stone will take on a more comprehensive technical role, overseeing the day-to-day operations of testing and preparing the bikes for racing.
