Oh yeah, Monster Energy Supercross is returning to Anaheim in 2022.
Feld Entertainment announced recently that the 2022 season opener will once again take place at Angel Stadium on January 8, 2022. Angel Stadium has long stood as the host of the season opening round, but was off the schedule in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the series began in 1974, the state of California has hosted most of the season openers.
Also, announced, the series will return to Atlanta Motor Speedway in 2022 on April 16 after three successful races there this past season.
The full 17-round schedule for the 2022 Supercross season will be announced soon.
