Aaron Plessinger Okay Following Crash at Anaheim 2

It was a tough night for Red Bull KTM’s Aaron Plessinger at round 4 of Monster Energy Supercross in Anaheim.

Plessinger went down early in the 450 main event in the sand section and “lawn darted” onto the concrete, with his wrist taking most of the impact. He was unable to continue the race and finished 22nd.

Fourtantly, according to the team, Plessinger is okay and will line up next weekend at round 5 in Glendale.

“Welp last night didn’t go as planned.. got off to a bad start then just couldn’t make anything happen in the first two laps then decided to go straight into a bale in the sand and lawn darted into the concrete,” he wrote on Instagram. “Luckily my head broke my fall haha nothing serious just a few bruises but I’ll be back and running for Phoenix. Thanks guys.”
