Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Kawasaki announced on Wednesday that Seth Hammaker will miss the remainder of the Pro Motocross Championship due to a shoulder injury sustained in a crash in the second 250 moto at the previous round at High Point Raceway.
Hammaker entered High Point as the co-points leader in the 250 championship with teammate Levi Kitchen but had a huge “RV in Trentino” moment in the second moto and was unable to finish the race.
Hammaker began the season with his first career overall win at Fox Raceway and followed it with a third at Hangtown. He finished 7th overall at round 3 in Thunder Valley before his incident at High Point.
The team also announced that Enzo Temmerman will miss round 5 after his crash at High Point.
As the series returns from an off-weekend this Saturday at RedBud, Kitchen continues to lead the championship by one over Jo Shimoda.
