Happy Fourth of July week and happy Power Rankings!

This week we celebrate America and dirtbikes at the iconic RedBud in Michigan. Before we jump into the next round of Pro Motocross, first we must talk about our (my) Power Rankings following Southwick.

Thank you to GUTS for making these possible every week. Support those who support the sport.

Now, lets get into this week, where he have another tie at the top.

  • For the second time in Power Rankings history (pretty sure, I did not look it up) we have a tie at the top. Can we just give Haiden the 250 title and move him up to 450s this weekend? Barring injuries, both championships are OVER and we need the Deegs/Jett Showdown now. IT’S TIME! And we got some fuel thrown on the fire at Southwick. I have my popcorn in the microwave waiting on Pro Motocross 2026.
  • Please go read this and see why I have Mister Toth ranked third.
  • Not many can say they’ve beat Eli Tomac straight up. Hunter Lawrence is a bad dude and coming back from a shoulder injury deserves more praise. Here is that praise.
  • I’m so glad we still have Eli Tomac in our lives. Go listen to the hot mic press conference below and enjoy Eli telling the brothers about his wild bull last week. Pure bliss.
  • Kitchen is cooking with four straight podiums.
  • Michael Mosiman is a treasure and I’m so glad he told the story of team owner Bobby Regan telling him he should retire. Bobby, also a treasure.
  • Tom Vialle is back! But also maybe gone to MXGP? Silly season is heating up!
  • BamBam and the Wick are like a solid Oscar slopped in Slaw. Just two things that go well together. Good to see him back and running top 10. Solid ninth in his return to racing.
  • The Dane is starting to find his footing in the States. Is he any good at SX? Could he stay?
