We’re Bringing the FRO 400 to Vurbapalooza at Washougal on June 14-16

When Jeff “Fro” Emig reached out to be a part of the Vurb Shred Tour, we first asked for his autograph before quickly saying “Hell Yes!” Enter the FRO 400!

First off, if you’re new to this style of racing, let’s break down what exactly you’re signing up for at Washougal.

On Friday, June 14 we will host the first annual Mini FRO team race for all the groms (65cc-Supermini). It will consist of a 200-minute team race where teams (1-4 person teams) will compete on a 5-mile moto/off-road course.

Saturday we will make room for the Big FRO team race.  Limited to 150 teams, riders will compete for an additional 200 minutes (3hrs 33 minutes).

We will host a motocross practice Saturday afternoon following the Big FRO team race, pit bike straight rhythm Saturday night and a full-blown Motocross race on Sunday! You find a more badass event this year, we guarantee it.

What is the goal in all of this? As always, have fun, kick some beers and race your buddies!

We had Emig on the Vanilla Racing Broadcast earlier this week to announce the event. So, if you don’t want to take our word for this event, take his!

The course will be part moto, part off-road! The loop will be a unique course with an average lap time of 15 minutes. The loop will include terrain for the average rider along with a tamed down motocross track with no mandatory jumps. Again, this is a vibe race and will be built for all rider disciplines. (Note: If you ain’t jumping, get out of our way, because Team Vurb will have Jeff Emig serving as Team Captain.)

Note: THE FRO400 WILL BE CAPPED AT 100 TEAMS FOR MINI BIKES (FRIDAY) AND 150 TEAMS FOR BIG BIKES (SATURDAY). Online registration is open for the Mini FRO as well as the big FRO. There will be no split payments – the team’s entry fee and any additional costs must be paid in full during online registration. We suggest signing up and then forming your team. All team riders will check in onsite.

Visit our event page for pricing and important information pertaining to the event and keep it locked on this here website for more information on this event as we get closer. But, we hope to see everyone in the Pacific Northwest come out with there Emig fro’s.

We’ll see all of you at Washougal!
