Roster Changes Announced for FIM World Supercross Championship

Final roster lineups for the 2025 FIM World Supercross Championship have been announced ahead of the season-opener on Nov 8 in Buenos Aries, Argentina. There are only a few changes from the initial team roster announcement, which we have highlighted below.

In addition to the roster announcements for the five-round championship, wild card appearances from Justin Cooper, Eli Tomac, Cooper Webb and Haiden Deegan have been confirmed.

Quad Lock Honda

Changes: New Zealander Brodie Connolly was initially expected to race for the Australian-based Quad Lock Honda team but recently broke his scaphoid and is out for the year. A replacement has not been named.

Changes: Quentin Prugnieres was expected to race for the team in SX1 Class, but recently announced he has been experiencing “major health issues” and won’t be able to race this year. Matt Moss has been announced as his replacement.

Team Origin: Spain  
SX1 Riders: Vince Friese, Jorge Zaragoza
SX2 Riders: Lance Kobusch, Michael Hicks

No changes from the initial announcement.

Wild Cards

SX1

Justin Cooper: Rounds 1 (Buenos Aries City GP) and 2 (Canadian GP)

Eli Tomac: Rounds 2 (Canadian GP) and 3 (Australian GP)

SX2

Haiden Deegan: Round 1 (Buenos Aires City GP) and round 3 (Australian GP)

Tom Vialle was part of the inital announcement, but with his expected move back to MXGP and Honda, he is no longer listed as a wild card in the 250 Class.
