Monster Energy/Yamaha Star Racing Continues to Add Amateur Talent, Signs Landen Gordon

Monster Energy/Yamaha Star Racing continues to make waves in the amateur ranks. After adding Carson Wood, Caden Dudney, and Kayden Minear over the last year and a half, the team announced today the addition of Landen Gordon.

Gordon, of the most highly-rated prospects in the amateur ranks, joins the team after spending a number of years with Team Green Kawasaki. In 2025, Gordon won two rounds of the SMX Next Supercross series and the RedBud SMX Next round.

At Loretta’s this past year, he finished second in 250 Pro Sport behind teammate and Horizon Award winner Enzo Temmerman and fourth overall in Open Pro Sport.

Per the announcement, Gordon will race the YZ250F at SMX Next and Amateur Nationals in 2026. It is unknown if Gordon will make his debut at the upcoming Mini O’s.

“I’m beyond excited to join Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing,” he said. “Ever since I was a kid, I’ve looked up to this team — they have accomplished so much, and I can’t wait to show what I can do on the bike this upcoming season!”
