The likable Texan has had two of the best seasons of his career while riding for Mike Genova’s squad. In 2022, Oldenburg finished fourth overall in the 250SX East Region with a podium in St. Louis. Then in 2023 he followed up. that success with a fifth overall in 250SX with three top five finishes.

Also while on the team, he’s had the chance to spread his wings and race the 450SX class on the weekends that his coast wasn’t racing. He took advantage of this in 2022 and 2024, which allowed him to race on most weekends during those seasons.

His best 450SX result with the MotoConcepts Team was a ninth and he was able to do that three times, in Seattle and Denver in 2022, and his last race with the team in Denver this season.

We’ll keep you posted when we learn which team Oldenburg will be moving to for the upcoming World Supercross Championship. We’re certain that announcement will be coming soon along with the other team PRs for the WSX.
