Silly season isn’t just for riders switching teams. It’s also for new gear deals for some riders.
This one that dropped today was pretty surprising. Long-time THOR athlete Marvin Musquin has inked a deal to wear O’Neal in 2023.
The Red Bull Factory KTM rider started his U.S. racing career with THOR in 2013 and 2014. Musquin returned with the brand in 2016 as he entered the 450 class and has been a premiere athlete on the team ever since.
Musquin is slated to ride Red Bull Straight Rhythm this weekend, so we expect to see him in his new digs then.
O’Neal recently announced that Dean Wilson wouldn’t be returning to the brand, so this is a big pickup for O’Neal.
