Joey Savatgy Out for Pro Motocross Opener

Monster Energy Kawasaki announced today that fill-in Joey Savatgy will miss the opening round of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross this Saturday at Fox Raceway.

Savatgy, who made his 450 debut with the team, returned as a fill-in for the injured Adam Cianciarulo. AC is expected to miss all of Pro Motocross with a knee injury.

Savatgy started the season with the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC KTM squad but sustained a torn ACL during Supercross and then parted ways with the team after that entire fiasco earlier this year.

A return date has not been announced.
