Here Is the Purse Money For World Supercross

The 2023 FIM World Supercross Championship kicks off on July 1 at Villa Park in Birmingham, England. Following a two-round launch last year, the series will consist of six rounds in 2023 and visit Singapore, Europe, Australia and Canada.

With the opening round nearing, let’s take a dive into the purse money for each round, as there will be a lot of coin on the line this year.

Signing Fee for each team = $650,000

Payments split: 

2022 = $400,000

2023 = $125,000

2024 = $125,000

Appearance Fee for each team = $50,000 per event

Freight is covered globally for teams

Each round, the winner of the WSX (450) Class will get $40,000 with second place getting $30,000 and third $20,000. In the SX2 (250) Class, the winner will receive $16,000 with second $12,000 and third $8,000.

I wish Jason Anderson was going to be able to be a part of it this year, you would have made an awesome contribution to the team but injuries let him down on the bright side he has a new born daughter can’t wait to see him back on the track racing for all that money but she doesn’t care about you rides because he loves the sport
