Dylan Ferrandis Set to Return at Daytona

Monster Energy/Yamaha Star Racing’s Dylan Ferrandis will return to action this weekend at round 8 of Monster Energy AMA Supercross at Daytona after missing the last three rounds due to concussion protocol.

In Houston, Ferrandis ran into the back of Ken Roczen and hit the ground hard. Ferrandis momentarily lost consciousness and the race was red flagged so he could be attended to by the Alpinestars medical team.

Ferrandis has remained in concussion protocol from the crash over the last three rounds.

The team announced today that Ferrandis will return to action this weekend. The Frenchman is currently 15th in 450SX points with a season-best finish of fourth coming at Anaheim 1.
