BarX Suzuki Confirms 2023 Roster, Names New Team Manager

BarX Suzuki has confirmed its roster for the 2023 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship and has also named a new team manager.

  • After spending his rookie season with Troy Lee Designs, Derek Drake returns for his second year with the team.
  • Former GEICO Honda rider Carson Mumford is also back for another year with the team. Mumford suffered a wrist injury during pre-season testing. A return date has yet to be announced.
  • After a breakout 2022 campaign with Team Solitaire, Robbie Wageman has signed with the team for 2023.
  • Former Star Yamaha Racing rider Ty Masterpool has also signed with the team for 2023. He spent most of 2022 as a privateer.
  • The team has also announced that Buddy Antunez will be the new team manager. The former multi-time Arenacross champion replaces Larry Brooks, who moved over to HEP Suzuki in the same role.
