After the Vurb Classic at Nxl Lvl 101, we’re pointing our dials north and ripping up one of those turnpikes that head to Maine for our next Shred stop this weekend (Oct 15-17). Who the hell came up with this schedule anyway?

What is the Vurb Dirtbikes are Dope Shred Tour? Think nationally prepped track with tons of organized activities (all listed below), and good times with your bros while ripping dirtbikes or pitbikes or Staycs or mountain bikes with absolutely no stress. That’s pretty much it in a nutshell. We’re out to put the fun back in dirtbiking.

Schedule of Events:

Friday Night

Gates open at 4pm. Admission is $20 for the weekend or $10 single day. Each person will receive a Vurb swag bag upon entering.

Barrel Racing at 6pm. Sign up is $10. Prizes will be available for the winner. Classes will be split per bike size. 50s, 65s, 85s & Supermini, 250cc +

Barn Activities: Corn hole, music, projector, free hot dogs, fire

Saturday

Riding will be 10:00-4:00.

Entry Fee: $40

Stacyc Demos the Vurb Tent from 10:00am-2:00pm. There will be demo bikes available for kids to try a Stacyc bike.

Raffle Drawings at the Vurb Tent at 12:30pm.

Relay Race at 4:00pm. Three person teams for this “quadrathlon: A sporting event composed of four individual disciplines”. Aside from riding, you’ll want a person who can run, a “water” pong champ, and someone who’s hungry for hot dogs.

Stacyc and Balance Bike riding will migrate to the barn pitbike track. Riding begins at 4:00pm, then there will be races at 5pm. Halloween costumes are encouraged. There will be a Stacyc give away for the best costume. Costumes must not interfere with the safety or riding. $10 to race.

Pitbike Races will begin at 5:30pm. Sign up will begin in the barn at 5pm. Sign up is $15 CASH ONLY. All riders must be wearing long pants, boots (work boots are acceptable), long sleeve shirts, and full face helmets. Also, your bikes MUST have numbers.

Barn Activities: Corn hole, music, free hot dogs, fire, and Vurb’s Jeff Simpson will prepare a video for the projector from Friday and Sat morning. So if you see him with the camera, go over and say what’s up!

Sunday

Riding will be 10:00am-4:00pm.

Entry Fee: $40

Barrel Racing

What is it? It’s a ton of fun.

This will begin at the barn at 6pm. Sign up is $10. Prizes will be available for the winner.

Classes will be split per bike size. 50s, 65s, 85s and Supermini, 250cc +, and a Pitbike class for bikes similar to 110cc and below.

Relay Race

Staging will be at the start gate. A teammate will be holding the bike, while Rider #1 runs a distance to the bike and does two laps. After completing two laps, the rider will pull into staging where Rider #2 must sink land 2 ping pong balls into the 2 cups provided. After completing this task, Rider #2 will do their two laps before Rider #3 does two laps. Upon completing these laps, Rider #3 will then eat two hotdogs. First to complete this Quadrathlon extravaganza will be the winner.

What does the winner get? Prizes are TBD but we’ll get that sorted out!

Pitbike Race

Pitbike Races will begin at 5:30pm. Sign up will begin in the barn at 5pm. Sign up is $15 CASH ONLY.

Pitbike must STAY OFF the track during the day prior to these times, it will be used for the kids Stacyc & Balance bikes. Please do not tear it up and ruin it for the kids prior to the pit bike slotted times.

All riders must be wearing long pants, boots (work boots are acceptable), long sleeve shirts, or full face helmets.

Also, your bikes MUST have numbers. Use duct tape if you need to.

It’s halloween…. Costumes are encouraged!!! (as long as they don’t interfere with rider safety)

The classes are as follows and will be ran in this order:
1. Lil Tykes 50cc Class, 9 years old and younger. 4 strokes only
2. 50cc-110cc 10-15 yrs old
3. 50cc-110cc 16-20 yrs old
4. 50cc-110cc 30 yrs +
5. 140cc 18 yrs +
6. 50cc-110cc 21-30 yrs
