Rockstar Energy GasGas’ Ryder DiFrancesco took to his social media account Sunday morning to provide an update on his condition following a scary crash at the SuperMotocross Playoffs in Las Vegas on Saturday.

Per his post, DiFrancesco said he sustained a concussion in the incident with Haiden Deegan in the first 250 moto. The accident happened in the first race when DiFrancesco made a mistake at the start of the sand section and Deegan’s (having already committed to the jump) tire made contact with DiFrancesco’s head area. DiFrancesco immediately went to the ground.

He was attended to by the Alpinestars medical unit and eventually was able to walk off under his own power.
