Effective Date: May 25, 2026
Last Updated: May 25, 2026

By approving Prospect to access, receive, display, or use race-related data from your track, event, series, or promotion, you agree to the following terms.

1. Permission to Use Race & Event Data

You grant Prospect permission to access, receive, ingest, display, store, archive, organize, analyze, and use authorized race and event data from your events.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Rider name
  • Race class
  • Event name
  • Event date
  • Track name and location
  • Finishing position
  • Race results
  • Lap times
  • Live timing data
  • Class results
  • Moto results
  • Overall results
  • Public event schedules
  • Public track or promoter information
  • Other publicly available race-related data

This permission applies to data that is publicly available, provided by you, provided by your timing/scoring/registration provider, or otherwise authorized by you.

2. How Prospect May Use the Data

Prospect may use authorized race and event data to operate, improve, and commercialize the Prospect platform, including but not limited to:

  • Displaying race results
  • Displaying live timing
  • Creating and updating rider profiles
  • Creating historical race archives
  • Creating rankings, leaderboards, statistics, comparisons, and performance analytics
  • Helping users discover events, tracks, series, riders, and results
  • Sending relevant app notifications and communications
  • Supporting track, promoter, and event visibility
  • Supporting advertising, sponsorship, promoted placement, and brand activation products
  • Supporting paid subscription features
  • Creating internal reports, insights, and product improvements
  • Developing future motorsports data products related to the Prospect platform

Prospect may create derived data, rankings, scores, analytics, leaderboards, comparisons, and other outputs based on authorized race and event data.

3. Authorization to Receive Data from Providers

You authorize Prospect to request, access, receive, or ingest applicable race and event data from your timing, scoring, registration, live timing, or results provider when needed to operate the Prospect platform.

This may include providers such as Trackside, ResultsMX, MYLAPS, MotoTally, RaceReady, LiveLaps, EScore, Fast Laps, or other providers used by your track, event, series, or promotion.

You confirm that you have the authority to grant Prospect permission to use the applicable race and event data described in these terms.

4. No Access to Private Registration Information

Prospect does not request or require private registration, payment, or identity information to display race results or live timing.

Unless separately agreed in writing, Prospect will not knowingly collect, request, or store:

  • Private contact information
  • Payment information
  • Home or billing addresses
  • Date of birth
  • Government identification numbers
  • Emergency contact information
  • Other non-public registration information

Prospect’s intended use is focused on race-related and event-related data.

5. Attribution & Accuracy

Prospect may display attribution to the applicable track, promoter, series, event, timing provider, scoring provider, registration provider, or results provider when appropriate.

If you identify inaccurate race or event data in Prospect, you may contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to review and correct the issue.

6. Commercial Use

Prospect may monetize the Prospect platform through subscriptions, advertising, sponsorships, promoted placements, analytics, reporting, brand activation tools, and related commercial products.

Prospect will not sell private registration, contact, payment, or identity information obtained from tracks, promoters, or providers unless separately authorized in writing.

7. Revoking Permission

You may revoke permission for Prospect to access or receive future race and event data by emailing us at [email protected].

After revocation, Prospect will make reasonable efforts to stop collecting new race and event data from your track, event, series, or promotion.

Unless legally required or otherwise agreed in writing, Prospect may retain and continue using historical race and event data that was previously authorized, collected, displayed, archived, or incorporated into rider profiles, rankings, analytics, historical results, or other Prospect platform features before revocation.

This is important because race results may affect rider history, rankings, and archived performance records across the broader Prospect platform.

8. Non-Exclusive Permission

The permission granted to Prospect is non-exclusive. You may continue to publish, share, license, or use your race and event data with other platforms, providers, partners, or services.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from using your own data elsewhere.

9. No Guarantee of Display

Prospect may choose how, when, and where race and event data appears within the Prospect platform.

Submission or authorization of data does not guarantee that every event, result, timing feed, rider, class, or track will be displayed in every Prospect feature.

10. Platform Changes

Prospect may add, remove, modify, or improve platform features over time, including how race and event data is displayed, analyzed, organized, monetized, or used.

11. No Liability for Race Data Use

Prospect is not responsible for decisions, outcomes, disputes, rankings, sponsorship decisions, race decisions, scoring issues, eligibility issues, or other consequences arising from the use, display, interpretation, or availability of race and event data.

Tracks, promoters, timing providers, scoring providers, registration providers, and event organizers remain responsible for the accuracy and official status of their original race data.

12. Updates to These Terms

Prospect may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued authorization, submission of data, or use of Prospect after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
