My goodness, this could have been way worse…

Swoll, Robertson Updates

Aside from RJ Hampshire’s second overall, it was a rough day for the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna 250 team. Rookie Stilez Robertson missed the race after qualifying 16th overall. According to the team, Robertson was under the weather after the morning’s qualifying sessions and decided to sit out the race.

Then, in the first moto, his teammate Jalek Swoll was one of the 500 riders caught up in the first turn pileup. He seemed to get the worst of it, as he was down for some time before being carted off the track by the Alpinestars Medical team. Per the team, Swoll sat out the second moto as a precaution.

“It honestly felt like today was going to be one of those days where I thought it was going to be a good finish,” Swoll said. “Unfortunately, in the first moto I got in a little first-turn pileup and got ran over. I think I came away with a little ding to the head but it’s all good, we’ll take the break to recover and get back to it at Unadilla.”

TLD Debuts Venom Gear

Can we talk about how cool this gear was?

If you want to know more about it, check out this episode of Moto Spy, where we take a behind-the-scenes look at the gear.

Congrats to Jordan Jarvis

When Stilez Robertson pulled out due to an illness, it allowed Jordan Jarvis, who finished fifth in the Consolation Race, to get into the motos for the first time this year. Jarvis, who made two rounds in 2020, went on to 36-30 moto finishes for 34th overall. Even more impressive? It was on a loaner bike from the Stank Dog….
