Power Rankings: Best Kits of Detroit

For 34 years GUTS Racing has prided themselves on being the innovators in seat technology. If you’re looking for a comfortable and stylish place to park your rear end on your dirt bike then look no further. GUTS carries an extensive product line of seat covers and foam no matter what you ride!

It has been since Anaheim 2 way back in January since I have bestowed upon my loyal readers my rankings of Best Kits.

That ends today.

While I know lit kits and fashion can be subjective, many have compared me to a young Ralph Lauren (is that still cool? Was it ever?)— a guy who just knows what style is.

I have held that very high on my list of things I excel at, so I decided why not share it with the world.

As always, thanks to GUTS for sponsoring this feature and send all hate mail to Weege.

1: Jorge Prado

Typically I am not a fan of orange on orange, but throw a touch of black into the mix and you Jorge Prado have taken home Slaw’s Lit Kit of the Week from Detroit. Congrats, a care package is on its way. If it gets lost, please blame USPS, not me.

2: Chase Sexton

Welcome back, Chase Sexton and congrats on TWO podiums in your return. Yes, a second in Detroit is nice, but you have 1000 of those. How many Slaw Lit Kit podiums do you have? I don’t know, but not a 1000.

3: Cooper Webb

Another banger from the Boise Boys. Didn’t think red and black would mix this good with blue, but it did and why I’m not a gear designer.

4: Dylan Ferrandis

Some of you may think this is way too much color and brightness. And you would be wrong. TLD is bright! The purple boots put this combo over the top for me.

5: Cole Davies

Red and blue on red and blue is a win win in my book.
