With only one more round of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross left, silly season is just around the corner. Well, it’s actually started, but you know what we’re saying.
ClubMX continues to fill out its roster for 2021. After announcing the addition of Garrett Marchbanks and the return of Joey Crown, the team has also announced Jace Owen will join the team. Owen spent the last two years with Phoenix Honda, winning the 2019 Kicker Arenacross Championship before returning to Monster Energy Supercross for the first time since 2015 where he finished 12th in the 250SX East Region standings.
In other news, Gas Monkey Energy/AJE Motorsports announced that Mitchell Falk will race for the team in 2021, joining Chris Blose.
Falk was a top prospect for TLD/Red Bull KTM and made his pro debut with the team in 2018 at Budds Creek. The following year, he finished 15th in the 250SX East Region Championship and then finished 25th in the 250 Class of the 2019 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship.
TLD didn’t bring Falk back, so he raced as a privateer in 2020, taking 20th in the 250SX West Region Championship.
