The Open A class at the 2026 the MotoPlayround Spring A Ding Ding delivered one of the best battles of the weekend at Oak Hill Raceway in Texas, with Carson Wood (#260) and Gabriel Andrigo (#10) going head-to-head in a fast and technical Moto 1 showdown.
In Moto 1, Andrigo grabbed control of the race and held off heavy pressure from Wood, with both riders turning nearly identical lap times in the low-51 second range on the tight Oak Hill layout. Despite the pressure, Gabriel Andrigo took the Moto 1 win, with Carson Wood close behind after an intense race-long duel.
Moto 1 Lap Time Comparison
Gabriel Andrigo • Best Lap: 51.616 • Average Lap: 52.946 • Total Race Time: 8:49.461
Carson Wood • Best Lap: 51.240 • Average Lap: 52.978 • Total Race Time: 8:49.783
The two riders were separated by just fractions of a second per lap, showing just how tight the pace was throughout the entire moto.
Moto 2 told a different story. Andrigo suffered a crash on the opening lap — reflected by a 1:26 first lap time — forcing him to charge from deep in the pack while Wood stayed consistent and ultimately secured the overall victory for the Open A class.
