Partzilla PRMX’s Hunter Yoder will be missing the Salt Lake City Finale as well as the Canada Triple Crown Motocross Series because of a knee injury. Yoder has been noticeably limping since the Nashville Supercross and he will require surgery for the injury.

I spoke to Yoder, who is a member of the Troy Dog Squad ELITE Athlete program, on Tuesday. This was obviously before his checkup at his doctor, but he had explained to me that he hoped to be back within two weeks. Apparently the checkup did not go to planned and the injury had a new development. I don’t have the complete diagnosis yet, but I will work on getting that update for everyone.

The Partzilla PRMX Team put out a post on Instagram last night releasing the news.

This is bad news for both Yoder and the PRMX team as they believed that they could contend for the MX2 title in Canada this summer. Yoder also wanted to put the finishing touches on his best season to date in Monster Energy Supercross. He’s currently sitting tied for 12th in the standings with Ryder DiFrancesco with three top ten finishes this season.

The PRMX Team is looking for a fill-in rider for Yoder in Canada, but don’t worry because I’ve already told them that I’m available. Team Janitor/Owner/Everything guy Julien Perrier already said that he’s 100% in on Troy Dog. So, it looks like I’m heading to Canada to race.

In more serious news. I will catch up with Yoder soon to get the details on his injury and what his comeback will look like.

Stay tuned.
