There was some uncertainty if Hunter Lawrence would make the trip to Paris to ride for Team Australia at this weekend’s Motocross of Nations.
Lawrence had to exit the final round of the SuperMotocross World Championship at the LA Coliseum after aggravating a back injury on Saturday during qualifying and had to miss the motos. The injury, which was caused during a crash in practice on Friday, ended Lawrence’s chance at capturing the SMX Championship.
In a press release today, Honda confirmed that Hunter Lawrence will compete alongside his brother Jett and Dean Ferris this weekend.
Australia enter the event as favorites to capture their first ever Chamberlain Trophy.
