Slaw Dog
As I mentioned in Morning Espresso earlier, Slaw ain’t much for vlogs unless it’s a Vurb vlog, which you should totally check out.
Anyway, Chilli sent me this latest vlog from the “Troll Train” Alex Martin and I gotta say, it’s pretty cool. He linked up his heart rate data with his GoPro footage and it’s pretty incredible. Dude is hitting like 190 BPM for a long ass time! I would 1000 percent kill over it my heart rate reached that for even one second.
