Ducati Inks Jeremy Seewer to Two-Year Deal Ahead of MXGP Debut

Ducati has landed their first marquee rider ahead of its full-time debut in the FIM World Motocross Championship in 2025.

The iconic Italian brand has signed Jeremy Seewer to a two-year deal that will cary through the 2026 season. Seewer heads to Ducati following one-year with Kawasaki.

The Swiss rider has been a front-runner in MXGP for a number of years, finishing runner-up in the MXGP Championship three times (2019, 2020, and 2022) and is currently fourth in the title chase heading into the final round in Spain.

Ducati has spent this year testing and competing in the Italian Motocross Championship with nine-time world champion Antonio Cairoli and Alessandro Lupino.

Cairoli made a wild-card appearance for the brand earlier this year at the MXGP of the Netherlands and finished 18th overall.

Ducati has yet to announce its second rider for next year.
