Haiden Deegan will make his 450 debut in his two wild card appearances in the FIM World Supercross Championship, he announced in a YouTube video.
Despite the series initially announcing Deegan as a 250 wild card entry, there has been a change in plans as Deegan said he is racing the 450 Class in Buenos Aires on Nov 8, and at round 3 of the championship at the Australian GP on Nov 29.
The series later posted an update saying Deegan is moving to the 450 Class.
There are plenty of rumors floating around about Deegan possibly riding a 450 at Anaheim 1, with Racer X’s Jason Thomas writing in Racerhead today “he could possibly race the first few 450 rounds to learn before dropping back into the 250 East, hoping to win the other division title.”
Who knows, but for now enjoy Deegan ripping on a 450.
