Teams are starting to fill-in for the 2025 Motocross of Nations at Ironman, with France being the latest to announce their squad.
Current MXGP points leader Romain Febvre will lead the team in MXGP. He will be joined by Maxime Renaux in Open and Mathis Valin in MX2.
Notably absent from the roster are the pair of US-based French riders Tom Vialle and Dylan Ferrandis. It is widely expected Vialle will return to MXGP in 2026 and ride for Honda HRC, which could be a reason he was not chosen.
Ferrandis is expected to change teams as well, inking a deal with Ducati for its SuperMotocross debut in 2026.
France won five straight times from 2015 – 2018, and again at its home event at Ernee in 2023.
The Australian team of Jett Lawrence, Hunter Lawrence and Kyle Webster won the event at Matterley Basin in 2024.
