Yamaha Announces the 2026 BLU CRU Invitational Series

Yamaha Motor Corp., USA, is announcing a call to all YZ and PW riders across the country to attend its BLU CRU Invitational series of events in 2026. This year’s four-race series will feature Yamaha-exclusive motocross racing events at iconic tracks in California, Texas, Maryland, and Alabama.

Riders and families can expect the same family-centered atmosphere at the 2026 events that Yamaha has created in recent years, along with exclusive BLU CRU training opportunities and the chance for select YZ65, YZ85 and YZ125 riders to race at the annual Yamaha YZ BLU CRU World SuperFinale, held at Ernée Circuit in France during the Motocross of Nations (MXoN) later this year.

These Yamaha-exclusive races invite YZ and PW riders to enjoy a three-moto format, alongside fun family activities, prizes, gifts and special guests. Many participants camp at the track throughout the weekend and join the BLU CRU family for all three days at the track. Podium finishers earn custom trophies at the end of each weekend, and a select few will represent Yamaha at MXoN.

“Everyone who rides a YZ or PW is invited to come race with us at the Invitationals. The 2026 BLU CRU Invitational series will continue to set the standard for a manufacturer-led race series that is built around motocross riders and families,” said Jennifer Davie, Yamaha’s experiential marketing manager. “Our 2026 series will feature all the same family-oriented events like a Saturday night BLU CRU dinner, kids activities and camping for everyone, while also being racer-focused and offering classes for all YZ and PW models and nearly all ages. We look forward to kicking off the series again at Glen Helen Raceway, which has become a staple for these BLU CRU races.”

Four BLU CRU Invitational events in 2026 are open to all skill levels:

  1. April 17 to 19 – Glen Helen Raceway, San Bernardino, California
  2. May 1 to 3 – Oak Hill Raceway, Alvord, Texas
  3. July 10 to 12 – Budds Creek MX Park, Mechanicsville, Maryland
  4. November 6 to 8 – Monster Mountain MX Park, Tallassee, Alabama
