Female Dominance
Raycin Kyler returns to the Ranch after making history in 2025 as the first female rider to win an open division at Loretta’s, taking the 65 (10-11) Limited title. This time she will be leveling up throwing a leg over an 85. I was going to say look for her to make a splash in 85 (10-12) and 85 (10-12) Limited classes. But if you’ve watched Raycin before, you know a splash isn’t big enough. She’s looking to kick down the floodgates.
Raycin made history last year but there’s another lady charging on the scene looking to repeat history that we absolutely have to talk about. And that is Reagan Heighton. She’s my pick to dominate the Girls (11-16) and 65 (10-11) Limited.
Some facts to back that up is that Reagan earned the distinction of being ranked Number 1 on Prospect. She’s raced at more than 19 different tracks across the country and is looking to make Loretta’s her 20th. At this point, I honestly think she might have more drive than the miles her parents have logged crisscrossing America chasing races. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on her this week.
The Stats Might Call Them Twins
Abshur Hall is another name you’ll want to remember. His consistency should put him in a great position this week. One thing that caught my attention was his opening motos at Regionals, where the starts weren’t exactly ideal. But after that? He cleaned house. Abshur went 1-1 in his second and third motos in both 65 (10-11) and 65 (10-11) Limited.
However, standing in his way could be Jax Baker, When looking at the stats side by side these two boys had nearly identical Regional performances. If I had to roll the dice, this battle might simply come down to who gets the better start in Moto 1. It will be fun to see these boys battle.
Full Sends For Micro 3 and 65 (7-9)
Yung Gravy might know how to “Whip a Tesla,” but Robert “FenderTheSender” Fender can whip a Cobra like he’s competing in the X-games.
According to the Prospect rankings, he’s locked in what should be an incredible battle with Rivers Rice, who reminds me of a micro machine version of Eli Tomac. Robert and Rivers’ stats are nearly neck-and-neck, and their riding styles should have people talking all week in both the Micro and 65 (7-9) classes.
And while we’re at it, let’s throw Cade Swartfager into the mix just to make it interesting.
I’m not brave enough to predict the finishing order, but I wouldn’t be surprised if these three riders occupy all six podium spots across the two classes. I can predict that those Cobras will be hissing through the Tennessee sand.
I Legit Didn’t Know PW’s Could Do That!
If you think a PW is only capable of summoning mini parents to lightly jog around the track yelling, “Stand up!” and “Go faster!”… You’ve clearly never watched Jett Stultz ride one. The things this kid does on a PW that would make James Stewart want to come out of retirement. They are borderline unbelievable, which is exactly why he’s my rider to watch in Micro 1 and Micro 2.
Minibikes and Heavyweight Fights
Last but certainly not least… If there’s a last name that’s become synonymous with Loretta’s in recent years, it’s Temmerman. But today we’re not talking about former Pro Sport champion Enzo Temmerman. We’re talking about his cousin, Maddox Temmerman.
Maddox swept his way through both the Area and Regional qualifiers in Supermini 1 and Supermini 2. That’s legendary stuff. And carrying the Temmerman name, you’d expect nothing less.
Just down the road quite literally, is Dylan Graham. Dylan enters Loretta’s ranked No. 2 for 2026, and when you compare the Prospect metrics, these two toe to toe. Each one has multiple category wins. While they duke it out for overall position on Prospect they are both contenders in their respective classes. Look for Dylan to make waves in Mini Sr 1 and Mini Sr 2.
