By approving Prospect to display your race results and/or live timing feeds, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Permission to Display Data

You grant Prospect permission to access and display publicly available race information from your events, including:

  • Rider name
  • Class
  • Finishing position
  • Lap times
  • Event name and location

This permission is non-exclusive, revocable, and intended solely for the purpose of improving rider visibility and track engagement through the Prospect app.

  1. No Access to Private Information

Prospect will never request, access, or store personal rider or participant data such as:

  • Contact details
  • Payment or registration info
  • Date of birth or identity verification documents

Our use is limited strictly to race-related public data.

  1. Attribution & Accuracy

We will always display results and timing information with attribution to the original event, track, or timing provider when applicable. If you identify any inaccuracies, we will make corrections as soon as reasonably possible.

  1. Revoking Permission

You may revoke permission at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. 

  1. No Liability

Prospect is not liable for any decisions made or outcomes arising from the use of publicly available race data displayed in the app. By granting permission, you confirm that you have the rights to share this data with third-party platforms.

  1. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
